There is a $10.00/night service fee added to all reservations.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Free cancellation until 7 days before your arrival. No refunds for cancellations made inside 7 days of your arrival. Your credit card will be charged in full 7 days before arrival.

PLEASE BE ADVISED about Tioga Pass Road and Yosemite National Park entry:  The Tioga Pass road into Yosemite National Park (Hwy. 120) is closed for the winter every year - usually from sometime in November to around the middle of May (occasionally into June!) - depending on snow. OUR CANCELLATION POLICY REMAINS THE SAME whether or not the roads are open, and we do not give refunds based on road closures, weather, or other unforseen conditions. If you are not sure if you will be able to get into Yosemite Park at the time you wish to visit, we recommend that you call us or Yosemite information before you make your reservation.
